Made up of 11 in West Yorkshire, 3 in North Yorkshire and 1 in Nottingham, 1 in London and 1 in West Sussex. The successful contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high quality grounds maintenance services. For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider contractor(s) who either already have, or are willing to establish a base of operations no more than 25 miles from any of sites within the lot(s) being bid for. This geographic requirement is justified to respond effectively in the event of inclement weather, for example for snow clearing services.
