The Specification describes the key features of the service being commissioned and the expectations of Medway Council. The Council's approach is to commission a single Lead Provider to offer the services in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification. The proposed contract period for this service will be 1 year with a provision to extend for a further one (1) year, unless otherwise terminated in line with the conditions of contract. Any extension will be taken with mutual agreement and only after satisfactory performance against Key Performance Indicators.
