Scope to include:Fresh Butchered Meat Pork, Lamb, Beef, Ox, Veal: Joints, cuts, fillets, carcasses and whole animals for catering coursesGame: Venison, Rabbit, Pheasant Sundries: e.g. Butchers String and nets Processed meats: Haggis, Sausages, Black Pudding, Bacon, Gammon, Burgers, pre-prepared kebabs, Chorizo Pre-prepared items: Prepped, filled and coated meats (e.g. Chicken Kiev), Cooked Meats, Specialty pies, patesPoultry: Chicken, Turkey, Duck; PoussinSpecialty Eggs: Duck and Quail Options including: Halal, Kosher, Red Tractor, Organic, Higher Welfare, Special Diets (e.g. gluten free sausages)

"reviewDetails": "The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address of the contracting authority of this contract notice. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved, the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No. 5) provide aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by breach of the rules to seek action in the High Court (England, Wales & Northern Ireland). Any such action should be brought promptly. Where a contract has been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into, the Court may only award damages.",
