Notice Description
The Production Services Framework will support the operational, event management and production delivery of a world-class Cultural Festival in 2022. At their core, Production Services support the Cultural Festival creative leads to stage, event management, produce and deliver the new pieces of artistic work, performances, installations, exhibitions and/or other events commissioned.
Lot Information
Lot 1: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of PS150,000, or less
Lot 1: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of PS150,000, or less *Small to medium scale events which could include press launches, meetings, production of key elements of the cultural programme e.g., welcome ceremonies. *Event that are budgeted up to PS150,000 (per event).
Lot 2: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of PS150,001 to PS999,999Lot 2: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of PS150,001 to PS999,999 *Medium to large scale events which could include major milestone events e.g., a major launch at a high profile UK venue, involvement with Festival UK 2022, full production management of Cultural programme elements e.g. welcome ceremonies. *Events that are budgeted in excess of PS150,001 but not expected to exceed PS999,999 (per event).
