Summary of the contracting process

Homes England is currently engaging in the procurement process for the "Homes England Property and Financial Professional Services Framework 2022-2026," which falls under the real estate services category. This national framework, valued at £100 million (ex VAT), will be in place for four years, primarily focused on appointing suppliers for property professional and technical services (Lot One) and financial advisory services (Lot Two). The framework is set to be available for use by Homes England and various other public bodies across the UK, and it is noted that the procurement method employed is the open procedure. The contract period spans from 2022 to 2026, with a planned procurement notice expected to further detail and guide interested suppliers.

This framework opens significant opportunities for businesses, particularly in the property and financial services sectors, including consultancy firms and technical service providers. Eligible organisations, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and larger firms capable of delivering comprehensive property and financial advisory services, are encouraged to participate. With a competitive bidding environment (28 bids submitted for Lot Two), this presents an excellent opportunity for suppliers to establish long-term partnerships with Homes England and other public authorities looking to enhance their property and financial management capabilities.
