A supplier questionnaire must be submitted and will be evaluated on a PASS/ FAIL basis. The tender will be evaluated using 70 % Quality and 30 % Price. The tenderer should submit their terms and conditions in line with the Contracting Principles provided. Initial contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods (Total contract term - 5 years).
