"description": "During the window in which bids were submitted a decision was taken by senior leaders within the Council to abandon the tender to allow for further review of the financial envelope as the Council recognise the crucial and valued work that organisations in this sector carry out in providing positive outcomes for our young population. Subsequently, following a review, the Council is looking to potentially increase the financial envelope to ensure that future services are of appropriate quality, are sustainable and remain viable throughout the duration of the contract. The tender will be re-released in due course subject to internal governance approval process and the contract notice will be published on Find and Tender and Contracts finder.",
