Roofing Tender for CITB Buildings
Notice Description
CITB requires the re-roofing of Building 115, 75, 142, 127, 122, 26,49 and the Bus Bay as laid out for Building 115 below. The remaining buildings specification (75,142,127,122,26,49 and the bus bay) are detailed in the attached IKO report (Annex A). All buildings are to encapsulate parapets new RWGs and Freestanding Guard Rails, and the successful supplier should ensure that their solution is as per IKO or equivalent specification. CITB Building 115 at Bircham Newton, Norfolk, PE31 6RH has 3 separate roofs and CITB require costings for each individual roof to be replaced or overlayed (depending on the condition) and a price for completing all 3. The solution should provide a fully insulated solution in felt encapsulating the parapets with up to a 30-year guarantee with a system that can help the building achieve net zero.

Options: The Agreement term will be from 1st March 2022 to 28th February 2024, with an additional option to extend by 2 x 12-month extensions (1st March 2024 to 28th February 2025 and 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026).
Renewal: The Agreement term will be from 1st March 2022 to 28th February 2024, with an additional option to extend by 2 x 12-month extensions (1st March 2024 to 28th February 2025 and 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026).
