Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Mason Clark Associates Limited to provide Support services for multiple structures (Bridges) at Kingston Upon Hull. The opportunity was advertised from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award via rotation within Lot 1a - Bridge Specific Scheme. The Contract period is from 2nd February 2026 ending by 2nd February 2032. The estimated Contract value is PS2,010,000 Overall

L4 - Economic and Financial Modelling and Valuation Works

The opportunity was advertised from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award via rotation within Lot 1a - Bridge Specific Scheme. Options: The contracts initial term is for 21 months with an extension of up to 12 months = 33 months. the number of months in section in 11.2.7 includes the extension option. The total contract value also includes this potential extension period.
L7 - Multi-disciplinary ServicesEngineering and Regeneration Professional Services framework was previously tendered for. Two lots received an insufficient amount of suitable bids therefore these two lots are now being retendered: This Lot 2 relates to Lot 7 of the original tender - Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery. For this Lot2 (L7) the requirement is for a consultant to act as the lead consultant to deliver multi-disc. services to the authority for high value/complex projects.
