The purpose of this procurement process is to appoint Suppliers that will support leaders of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business performance, resilience and long term growth.

Facilitators
The role of the 'Programme Facilitator' will be to assist and support all SME participants and speakers through the learning and teaching of the programme. Facilitators will be required to work with each cohort for approximately 25 days,
Renewal: Extension option for a period of 2 x 12 months.
MentorsWe are seeking a pool of at least 10-12 experienced business mentors to be key members of the delivery team. The role of the 'Mentor' is to support participants to successfully implement learning from the programme into their business immediately (support with building resilience and immediate challenges) and to support them to create and begin to implement a growth action plan for their business (support with planning for long term sustainability). A mentor if assigned to a cohort, will work one-to-one with one or more participants.
