This is a variation of the original contract. The contract has been extended for the period of up to 3 years. This has been negotiated using Regulation72(1)(C) of PCR 2015. The ability to advertise a variation notice has not been possible due to the original contract award being 2001 prior to the regulation requirements of full advertising. The Council wishes to work with a partner who will provide the leisure management services in the District in a way that is sympathetic to its policies and sports and arts development objectives.
