The Utility requires a number of insurance policies to cover the various aspects of it's business operations.
Lot Information
Combined Liability Insurance
Insurance Cover for both Employers and Public Liability.
Renewal: The initial term shall be 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to renewal.
1st Excess Layer - Public LiabilityExcess Public Liability Insurance Cover - 1st Layer
Renewal: The initial term shall be for 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
2nd Excess Layer - Public LiabilityInsurance required for Excess Public Liability - 2nd Layer.
Renewal: The initial terms shall be 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
Motor Fleet InsuranceInsurance cover required for a commercial fleet of vehicles consisting of - on average - 42 light commercial vehicles and 38 cars.
Renewal: The initial term shall be 18 months albeit this may be subject to renewal.
Management LiabilityInsurance cover required to cover Management Liability.
Renewal: The initial terms shall be 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
Excess Management LiabilityInsurance cover required to cover Excess Management (Directors and Officers) Liability.
Renewal: The initial term shall be for 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
Insurance against CrimeInsurance cover required in consideration of the impact of a criminal event.
Renewal: The initial term shall be 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
Business Interruption InsuranceInsurance cover in respect of an event, or series of events, that result in an interruption to general business activity.
Renewal: The initial term shall be for 18 months albeit this may be extended subject to agreement.
Cyber InsuranceInsurance cover required in consideration of the impact of a cyber related event.
Renewal: The initial term shall be 18 months albeit this may be extended through subsequent agreement.
