An award has been made following direct award process A The lifetime value of the contract is estimated at PS2,100,00.00 The dates between which the contract provides for the services is as follows Extension Start date 1st April 2025 End Date: 31st March 2028

Renewal: The initial term of the contract will run for 3 years (1 April 2022 - 31 March 2025) with an option to extend for an additional 4 years (2+2 years, subject to review) ending 31 March 2029.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
