    "description": "PROCUREMENT PROCESS FOR BALLYLUMFORD 110Kv GIS SUBSTATION SWITCHBOARD NIE Networks' procurement event will run using vendors with valid registration on the Achilles Utilities Vendor Data Base (UVDB) using the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition (using a Qualification System Notice). Interested parties who are not currently subscribed on Achilles can apply to do so via the link to the website https://www.achilles.com/. Once you've subscribed, Achilles will send you an online questionnaire to complete. This varies according to the industry and region you operate in. You can expect to be asked for details about your: o Products and services o Health and safety management o Environmental compliance policies o Quality management o Supply chain management o Carbon management o Corporate social responsibility o Insurances o Financial accounts o Legal compliance As it is a comprehensive process, interested parties wishing to participate in this opportunity should complete this in advance, to ensure they are fully registered by 19th November 2021. In considering whether to make such an application, interested parties should note the following: The following criteria will be used to select vendors for 'Additional Questions' to be issued on 19th November 2021 and selection for the Invitation to Tender: NIE Networks' procurement event will run using vendors with valid registration on the Achilles Utilities Vendor Data Base (UVDB) using negotiated procedure with prior call for competition ( using a Qualification System Notice) UVDB Product & Services for the following category: 3.12.4 -Switchgear - Indoor (100kV to 199kV) In order to participate in the procurement process, interested parties will need to satisfy the following minimum requirements: - The lead applicant (and contracting party, if successful) will need to be an Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) or Supplier 110kV GIS Switchgear who have demonstrated extensive experience in the design and construction of HV GIS Substations. Additionally, NIE Networks will be using the following Audits and Assessments filters as minimum selection criteria on UVDB to further qualify and select vendors to complete the 'Additional Questions' to be issued on 19th November 2021. 1)Northern Ireland - the region NIE Networks would like the products or services to be supplied to; 2)Documented Health and Safety Management System; 3)If HSS has been assured by a third party, is the awarding body externally accredited? Yes 4)Documented Environmental Management System 5)If EMS has been assured by a third party, is the awarding body externally accredited? Yes 6)Documented Quality Management System (QMS) 7)If QMS has been assured by a third party, is the awarding body externally accredited? Yes 8)Minimum Turnover > PS30,000,000 GBP 9)Verify audit. NIE Networks require a valid up to date audit.",
