Notice Description
ESPO intends to renew its existing framework covering the supply of library stock materials. The resulting framework will feature multiple suppliers, and will include categories of print books such as, adult and children's fiction and non-fiction books and reference material. Stock will generally be required to be supplied 'serviced', i.e. complete with stock labels, date stamps, RFID tags, etc.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Adult Stock
This lot will include the following stock categories: * Adult fiction * Adult non-fiction * Reference Suppliers will be expected to be able to provide stock from within all of the above categories. Stock will generally be required to be supplied 'serviced', i.e. complete with stock labels, date stamps, RFID tags, etc.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total value stated in Section II.1.7 includes the option period.
Lot 2 - Children's StockThis lot will include the following stock categories: * Children's fiction * Children's non-fiction Suppliers will be expected to be able to provide stock from within both of the above categories. Stock will generally be required to be supplied 'serviced', i.e. complete with stock labels, date stamps, RFID tags, etc.
