SPLUNK Reseller Managed SIEM
Notice Description
Jisc is looking to enter into a reseller agreement with Splunk to enhance the MSPA agreement in order to bring the benefits of Splunk cloud and its associated services to our managed SIEM services. The agreement will allow Jisc to continue to offer our integrated managed service wrap across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This is a unique offering only available through Splunk and we estimate the agreement will be worth PS2.6 million over three years.

Jisc is looking to enter into a reseller agreement with Splunk to enhance the MSPA agreement in order to bring the benefits of Splunk cloud and its associated services to our managed SIEM services. The agreement will allow Jisc to continue to offer our integrated managed service wrap across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This is a unique offering only available through Splunk and we estimate the agreement will be worth PS2.6 million over three years. The contract will be for a length of three years or to the value of PS2.6m, whichever happens first.
Procurement Information
This contract is to enable Jisc to become a reseller of Splunk software and services. In order to obtain reseller status Jisc are required to purchase and enter into agreement for licenses for this software. As Splunk are the only organisation able to offer the required licenses a VEAT notice is an appropriate method of formally procuring this agreement.
