The Regent Cinema has operated in Redcar for many years, however, the building has recently been demolished and a new cinema is currently under construction. An operator is being sought to run the Regent Cinema and the catering service operated from within the cinema as a key community venue accessible to all. All details are included within the procurement documentation available via www.nepo.org.
Options: Upon the ending of the initial 60 month period there are two further 60 month optional extension periods.
