Notice Description
The Northern Ireland Precision Biomarkers and Therapeutics Consortium (NIPBT) is an industry-focused partnership of Life and Health Science (LHS) companies and Academia, aligned to NI Health and Economy strategies. By addressing critical commercial gaps, the Consortium's aim is to transform the productivity of each Commercial Partner and the broader LHS sector in NI. NIPBT will deploy the grant funding to collaboratively develop R and D capabilities that industry partners require. Queen's is leading the NIPBT and as such is tasked with procuring and installing the following Systems within the Patrick G Johnston Centre for Cancer Research, Queen's University Belfast, 97 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7 AE:* Lot 1: Hydrogenation Reaction System* Lot 2: Flow Reactor System* Lot 3: Photocube Reactor SystemEconomic Operators must tender for All Lots - Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. Queen's reserves the right to award contracts for any, all, or no Lots under this ITT.

Where an Economic Operator fails to bid for all Lots their bid will be rejected.Lots will be evaluated independently and Queen's reserves the right to award contracts for any, all, or no Lots under this ITT. This decision will be solely at the discretion of Queen's. Funding DeadlinePlease note: it may be a requirement of the funding body associated with this procurement that delivery and invoicing take place by 31 March 2022. Where this is the case, the 1st ranked supplier will be asked to confirm their ability to meet the required deadline prior to the award of the contract being confirmed.Where the 1st ranked bidder is unable to meet the deadline, their bid will be rejected and the 2nd ranked bidder will be asked to confirm their ability to meet the deadline and so on until an Economic Operator can confirm the date can be met. Time is of the essence when it comes to delivery of equipment within stipulated deadlines.
