Bidders will be expected to demonstrate experience of a combination of wet and dry HVAC systems across multiple sites, including HVAC systems fuelled by Gas, LPG or Heating oil (Kerosene)Bidders are recommended to attend the 4 days of site visits, which will take place on the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th of December 2021. Full details of the four days of site visits are contained within the tender documents. The contract is expected to be awarded by February 2022 with a service commencement date of 01 April 2022. The initial contract term is for 3 years with an option to extend a further 24 months.The average annual value of the contract is estimated to be PS67k, with an estimated total contract value of PS335k for the possible full term of up to 5 years. The annual value consists of pre planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
