Renewal: The Employer has intimated that the Term Contract will be reviewed at the end of the three year period with the possibility of the Contract being extended for another two single one-year periods thereafter on an individual year-by-year basis, however the Employer cannot provide any guarantee that the Contract will be extended beyond the initial three year period.
