Notice Description

The Authority wishes to procure an approved provider list for a High Needs Study Programme and also Supported Internships. A High Needs Study Programme is a person-centred programme which supports the young person to developand progress, based on a clear understanding of how each person learns best, strategies that will help themachieve their goals, and the support they require within the learning environment. To access the HNSP, a young person must have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). A supported internship is one type of study programme specifically aimed at young people aged 16 to 24 whohave an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), who want to move into employment and need extra support to do so. The Contract is for an initial period of 36 months, commencing 1st August 2019 - 31st July 2022. The Authority reserve the right to extend the APL for a further term of 12 months, commencing 1st August 2022 - 31st July 2023.
