Notice Description

DOJ NI Prison Service are awarding a DAC for two years with two options to extend for one year each (four years in total) . The DAC will be awarded to support an existing license agreement for the Compass system.

Lot Information

Lot 1

NIPS currently use the COMPASS System for HR Payroll and Rostering and own the required licenses. Support is required for future software releases, patching and technical support.

Procurement Information

NIPS will rely on a derogation, in this case 32 (2) (b) (iii) as Compass hold exclusive rights to the software currently in use by NIPS.
