Lot Information
Lot 1
To Identify potential partners who can work with the EA and its Delivery Partners to assist in the on-going training and integration of Project and Programme delivery teams, with a specific focus on embedding behavioural change underpinned by a culture / collaborative behaviour framework. The work we will tender for will be focused on enabling integrated delivery hubs (geographically spread) as well as national teams who are critical to enabling integrated delivery. The EA has already completed a behavioural diagnostic over the last year and identified where we need to focus our efforts. As a result we need to explore with partners if they are willing to work in partnership with others. In their response potential partners will need to; * These partners need to provide evidence proof of extensive facilitation skills/ coaching (of both individuals and teams) in the context of change of culture and behaviours. Specifically, they will need to show evidence to prove having worked with teams, engaging with those teams and helping to accelerate change by helping to shift the current culture. * They will need to prove that they have worked in situations in which they have worked with large teams and helped to build relationships across the teams, breaking down 'silos' and resistance to change. * They will need to prove professional use and application of diagnostic tools e.g. psychometric tests such as DiSC Flow, DiSC. Some suppliers may have their own tools / techniques so would be good to identify this (their USP). * Be able to demonstrate how they would show return on investment Our expectations are that the successful suppliers will need to; * The expectation is that some of the suppliers will need to agree to using materials that have already been developed that and will not necessarily promote their brand name except as a delivery partner. ( This is to ensure consistency/ sustainability of the work that is already underway) and to diminish the potential for duplication/ non-value-added activities and / waste of funds * They will need assist in embedding the new behavioural framework (currently in project start-up phase-). This will could provide an opportunity for potentially mean that successful providers would have the ability to design materials and interventions to deliver to teams in the wider EA.
