Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services)
Notice Description
The objective of this procurement is to replace the existing domiciliary and personal care service contracts (full details of the requirement in the attached service specification). The contract will comprise four geographical lots each of equal size (hours and value), three supplier will be appointed to each Lot, no supplier can be awarded a place on more than two lots. The contract duration is four years with options to extend by another four years (1+1+1+1 years)
Lot Information
Lot 1: Northwest
The delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Bethnal Green, Weavers, Spitalfields and Banglatown
Options: Bidders can apply to all four Lots but can only be awarded a slot on a maximum of two Lots.
Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter
Lot 2: SouthwestThe delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Whitechapel, Wapping and Shadwell
Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter
Lot 3: NortheastThe delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Mile End, Bow and Bromley
Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter
Lot 4: SoutheastThe delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Limehouse, Poplar, Blackwall and Isle of Dogs.
Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter
