Notice Description
Further Competition under the ESPO 347_22 Security Services Framework - Lot 9A To continually patrol all floors (at 15 minute intervals when the fire detection system is not providing 100% coverage, 30 minutes when it is) and the exterior perimeter of the building in order to respond to a fire, assist in calling the fire service and assisting with the evacuation of occupants in the building.

Lot 1 - East Midlands
Further Competition under the ESPO 347_22 Security Services Framework - Lot 9A To continually patrol all floors (at 15 minute intervals when the fire detection system is not providing 100% coverage, 30 minutes when it is) and the exterior perimeter of the building in order to respond to a fire, assist in calling the fire service and assisting with the evacuation of occupants in the building.
Options: The Call-Off agreement has the option to extend for a further 12 months if services are still ongoing at any particular site at the time the contract ends.
Lot 2 - West MidlandsA national framework arrangement, via which eligible public sector organisations across the UK can employ the services of security personnel to undertake a variety of services/duties for given periods of time. This is a regional lot for the West Midlands and includes the below sub-lots: * Sub-lot A - Site Security Services * Sub-lot B - Event Security Services
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated in Section II.1.7 includes the option period.
