A sole supplier for the renewal of the license, support and maintenance contract for the provision of the Planning and Development Management solution. The solution provides both customer facing and back-office systems for all Planning, Building Control, Planning Enforcement, and Planning Specialist Teams within the service. Additionally, integrated systems are used by other Directorates, such as the Local Land Property Gazetteer within Asset Strategy and the Local Land Charges system within Legal and Democratic Services
Education, Community Health and Social Care SolutionsEducation, Community Health and Social Care Solutions: provision of software; solution identification; design; development; implementation; data take-on; migration; integration and security; user training; essential hardware; maintenance; support; and professional services tailored to the Education, Community Health and/or the Social Care sectors. Suppliers will only need experience and offerings in one of the sectors to bid. Customers can use this lot for either a single-sector procurement - e.g. Education only - or for cross-sector integrations - e.g. Education and Social Care. It includes Learning Applications and Platforms; Academic Scheduling and Management Solutions; Community Health and Social Care market specific solutions; and Enterprise Health Solutions.

The Cyber Essentials scheme is mandatory for Central Government Contracts which involve handling personal information and providing certain ICT products and services. The Government is taking steps to further reduce the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain through the Cyber Essentials scheme. The scheme defines a set of controls which, when properly implemented, will provide organisations with basic protection from the most prevalent forms of threat coming from the internet. To participate in this procurement, bidders will be required to demonstrate that they are Cyber Essentials Plus certified for the services under and in connection with the procurement. The bidder may be awarded a contract but shall not enter into any call off contracts with buyers until they are able to demonstrate to CCS that they meet the technical requirements prescribed by the Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme for services under and in connection with this procurement. The service that arise from this framework will involve the supplier holding material that has been assigned a protective marking under the Government Security Classifications Scheme (April 2014) of OFFICIAL/SENSITIVE. Bidders will be required to implement their solution in accordance with the Vertical Application Solutions Schedule, \"Security Requirement and Plan\", to meet Framework Agreement requirements.
