The BBC is working on plans to relocate its current Videotape, Audio, Photo, Sheet Music and Film Archive collections from Perivale in West London and Bristol and, having reviewed its scope, is considering 3rd party storage options It is anticipated access to portions of the collection will minimise over time, however BBC archive holdings do have specific needs surrounding requirements around its storage conditions, environments, security, accessibility and trackability Additional information: Responding to this request for information (RFI) is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order that the BBC can build an understanding regarding the current and future provision of the project.
