Lot 1 - Building Cleaning Services for Grays Farm Primary Academy and Royal Park

Provision of Building Cleaning Services for Grays Farm Primary Academy, Gray's Farm Road, Orpington, BR5 3AD (GF) and Royal Park Primary Academy, Riverside Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 4PX (RP)

Renewal: GF: 3 years from the Services Commencement Date, with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. Maximum contract 5 years. .RP: 2 years and 5months from the Services Commencement Date, with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. Maximum contract 4 years 5 months. Both: Contract extension will be subject to the performance of the supplier.

Lot 2 - Building Cleaning Services for Stapleford Abbotts Primary Academy and Maldon Primary School

Provision of Building Cleaning Services for Stapleford Abbotts Primary Academy, Stapleford Road, Stapleford Abbotts, Essex, RM4 1EJ and Maldon Primary School, Wantz Chase, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DQ

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be Five (5) years from the Services Commencement Date. this will be subject to the performance of the supplier.

Provision of Building Cleaning Services for Hilltop Primary School, Ditchling Hill, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 8QL

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be Five (5) years from the Services Commencement Date. this will be subject to the performance of the supplier.

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years.
