Maritime Combat Systems (MCS), Communications and Situational Awareness (CSA) seek to provide In-Service Support (ISS) for Ground Power equipment consisting of "Aircraft Ground Starting and Servicing" (AGSS) & "Aircraft Converted Electrical Supplies" (ACES). ISS of Spares Inclusive of Upkeep (SIU) will consist of spares and repairs contract with some additional Core management services.
