Notice Description
Are you a building company/contractor working in the wider Berkshire area?Would you like to work locally on projects that directly benefit communities?Then you should come and 'Meet the Buyer'. This event is a unique opportunity to meet West Berkshire Council's Property Services team who are responsible for employing contractors to work on West Berkshire's Education annual Capital Maintenance programme.

We are looking for suppliers (existing and new) to deliver projects locally, to repair, refurbish and improve building elements within our schools.Our annual Capital Maintenance Programme averages PS2.5 million over up to 60 projects, many of which are relatively small and would often need to be completed within school holiday periods.This is a great chance to work closely with the local community, boost the local economy and create lasting legacy and pride in creating and maintaining great learning spaces across West Berkshire.Please register your interest to attend the event on Wednesday 16th February 2022 via this link:https://westberks-gov-uk.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcvce6przotHtGywf2Pznv1SrMNu8p2KGDR
