London Transport Museum (LTM) are seeking an ecommerce fulfilment and warehousing supplier. The contract will be for 4 years with the option to extend for a further one year (4+1). London Transport Museum's online business has grown consistently year on year, in the financial year 2020/2021, online revenue grew by an extraordinary 60% against the previous year, contributing 80% of total retail sales. This demonstrates a significant shift to online shopping during the pandemic and has created a step change in the way London Transport Museum customers are engaging and shopping with our brand. Customers are demanding increasingly more from London Transport Museum's online shop in terms of product, user experience and excellent post purchase service. LTM require a supplier who can scale up and support the online shop's growth, particularly during the peak trading period between October and December. LTM is seeking a supplier to provide: - Picking, packing and despatching online retail orders to UK and overseas customers. -Warehousing facility to fulfil online orders and deep storage - Account management and customer service support - Stock management facility and conducting annual stock audits.
