Bidding organisations must adhere to the UK Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health & Social Care Personnel published at https://www.gov.uk/governmen t/publications/code-of-practice-for- the-international-recruitment-of-health-and-social-care- personnel and must be fully compliant with all measures detailed at https://www.nhsemployers.org/yo ur-workforce/recruit/employer-led-recruitment/international-recruitment/uk-code-of- practice-for-international-recruitment Bidders must also be an existing DHSC / NHSEI approved framework approved supplier capable of receiving a direct award from employer organisations
