The Councils are looking to commission suitably qualified and experienced organisations (the reviewer) to undertake reviews into homelessness decisions under its statutory function of Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended by relevant legislation). This will be a framework agreement in accordance witht he specification. All ten district Councils will be able to participate in the use of the framework. Additional information: A Framework Agreement for use by the following UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) being the ten District and Borough Councils in Hertfordshire: Broxbourne BC, Dacorum BC, East Herts DC, Hertsmere BC, North Hertfordshire DC, St Albans City and DC, Stevenage BC, Three Rivers DC, Watford BC, Welwyn Hatfield BC.
