Notice Description
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Services (DWFRS) are conducting an "Invitation toTender" through Bluelight E-Sourcing Portal using an "Open Procedure". The requirement is for Bidders to provide a Prevention, Protection and Operational Risk (PPOR) developed Software System which is capable of meeting the mandatory compliance reporting and outcomes required, within the Fire Service under two lots, Lot 1 is for a On-Premises Developed System and Lot 2 is for a Hosted Cloud Software System. Only one lot will be selected following evaluations

Prevention, Protection and Operational Risk Software System - Developed On-Premises Solution
Lot 1 - On-Premises Software Solution to provide Prevention, Protection and Operational Risk information to prepare and make available for Home office as part of requirements for the Fire Service compliance. Additional information: Only one lot will be taken forward which provides best value and Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) will have the final decision on which Lot we wish to take forward following evaluations.
Options: If Lot 1 - Developed On-Premises Software Solution is selected to be taken forward, then the contract will have the option of 2 X 2 year extensions with a total 6 years. if 2 year extensions are progressed, DWFRS will provide one months notice, if it intends to progress each optional extension.
Renewal: Option to extend by 2 X 24 month if Lot is selected and progressed.
