This project falls under the construction industry category, with an estimated value of £13 million. The new facility will span approximately 2,400 square metres and include various areas such as reception, procedure, recovery, and staff facilities. Companies with experience in comprehensive construction services, including earthworks, structural work, and medical fit-out, would be well-positioned to compete. The project’s complexity also invites collaboration from specialist contractors with expertise in the installation of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, making it an attractive opportunity for a diverse range of businesses in the construction sector.
