This is a Modification notice to indicate that the Scottish Ministers intend to increase the duration of the extension to the contract by a further period of three months to 30 June 2022 to ensure continuity of communication support services during the recovery phase of the Covid19 pandemic and to allow Transport Scotland to conclude the live procurement competition for communication support services in accordance with The Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015 beyond 30 June 2022. The scope of the Contract remains as awarded and will include compliance with and delivery of all services described in the prequalification prospectus.
