Summary of the contracting process

The procurement is being conducted through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which is now hosted on the Atamis eTendering portal following updates effective from February 23, 2022. This DPS aims to facilitate the engagement between technology suppliers and various Local Health and Care Record (LHCRE) sites, providing a compliant route for the procurement of necessary technology solutions. Businesses interested in this tender should refer to project reference C25811 when applying. The procurement is still in the tendering stage, and it is anticipated that further categories may be launched over time as the project evolves.

This tender presents significant opportunities for technology suppliers, especially those with expertise in health IT solutions, software systems, and data standards. Companies looking to expand their portfolio in the healthcare sector would benefit from participating in this procurement, as it not only involves initial developments regarding the "One London Architecture" but also hints at future expansions encompassing comprehensive technology solutions for health and social care programmes. Vendors who can efficiently support the strategic plans of health environments and deliver compliance through innovative solutions will find this opportunity particularly advantageous for business growth.
