Forest Live is a hugely successful annual programme of large scale outdoor live music events, across multiple Forestry England venues in June and July. Forestry England are looking to partner with an experienced, established national live music promoter who will take the operational and marketing lead in delivering the Forest Live programme across the Forestry England estate. We anticipate this new partnership would commence with the 2024 summer season, with the actual contract awarded by the end of 2022. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a market engagement exercise to alert the live music industry to a potential Co-Promoter partnership opportunity with Forestry England and invite interested parties to lodge an expression of interest.
