PLEASE NOTE- this is a market engagement exercise only and NOT a tender process at this stage. This exercise is to be used for the purpose of alerting the market to the forthcoming tender, establishing the experience in the market, capacities and capabilities of interested parties and inviting questions and clarifications prior to publishing a formal tender. To redevelop an existing Office building to a Police Station through the Traditional Route with element of MEP Contractors Design Portions. The contract is envisaged to commence in May 2022. Seven Force Commercial are keen to engage a contractor to work with the stakeholders to complete: An internal fit out of the office of approximately 2,000 sq. m. A full MEP fit out of the building. External works to comply with user security requirements. External works to bring the condition to a usable state.
