This is a key and essential contract for Post as it is the security of the High Commissioners Residence and Main Office building. Supplier will support the Estates team in providing the security of the buildings
Options: Optional 2 extensions on the contract for 1 year each - creating a total possible contract length of 5 years and forecast total contract value of PS1,343,531 GBP if all options are utilised
Renewal: 3 baseline years and two (2 ) options to extend the contract for twelve (12) months- For maximum contract length a total of five (5) years under the same scope and SoRs
