Legal Support for 'Western Area' Programme
Notice Description
Southern Water requires legal support in respect of its Western Area Strategic Water Resources Infrastructure, Planning and Development Programme (Western Area Programme), primarily in relation to obtaining consents (planning, consenting, environmental constraints, permitting, and other environmental regulatory considerations) for new infrastructure for the delivery of additional water resources in its Western Area Water Resource Zones (WRZ).
Procurement Information
The basic project was the engagement of external legal services (Pinsent Masons) to support Gate 1 activities (As per the spec in the RFP) which was procured in accordance with Reg. 44 and Regs. 16(1)(c) & 90 as a below threshold 'light touch' contract for services.
