Scottish Water's aspiration is to become a Learning Organisation by building learning mindsets, habits and behaviours along with embedding learning into our key processes. Specialist Interpersonal & Meta Skills development: We need to focus on interpersonal skills development throughout our transformation journey with an emphasis on the development of meta skills such as learning to learn, critical thinking, problem-solving, judgement and decision-making, communications, emotional intelligence, handling complexity, systems thinking and creativity and innovation. The target audience could cover c4,000 people who work across a range of roles and locations in Scottish Water. The aim for the framework is to provide Scottish Water with the capability to deliver niche and specialist interpersonal and meta skills interventions in specialist subject areas. We are looking for a number of suppliers to be included who will provide 'specialist' services in a range of subject areas / topics. Specialist providers will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in specialist areas that are relevant to our needs.
