This procurement sought Long Term partners to meet Scottish Water's service requirements around Specialist Wellbeing & Resilience Training. We also sought learning partners to create clear learning journeys. Employee Wellbeing & Resilience: Our aim was for our people to have the adaptive capacity, agility and resilience to cope with pace and scale of change that they will experience through our Transformation journey. An emphasis will be on building personal resilience capability and a positive change mindset. We want to continue to support the mental and physical wellbeing of our as we transition to a hybrid working future. The aim for the framework is to provide SW with the capability to deliver niche and specialist wellbeing and resilience interventions in specialist subject areas. We are looking for a number of Specialist suppliers who will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in relevant specialist areas.
