JRF/JRHT is looking to procure a modern tried and tested Cloud hosted housing asset management and finance system to replace its existing systems that are approaching end of life. Management of repairs is currently via a separate solution and there is a requirement to integrate with this system. The system is to include a customer portal and open APIs to allow further integration with third party solutions. JRF/JRHT is looking to introduce efficiencies and an improved customer experience and is looking for a supplier that can work closely with us to deliver this.

Renewal: Renewable for a further 36 months subject to performance
