There is no guarantee of the value of work that may be ordered and the Council accepts no liability as to the actual amount of work that will be ordered and no change in the rates or prices will be considered if the value and / or volume of work ordered is at variance with the estimates given. Length of contract - The Service duration is to be three (3) years with options to extend for a further two (2) year at the Council's sole discretion.",
