Companies that possess expertise in commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions and can deliver corrective and preventative maintenance services over a three-year contract period, with the potential for two additional one-year extensions, would be well-suited to compete. Furthermore, businesses that can provide robust training packages for instructors and course designers will likely find this contract aligns well with their service offerings, thereby supporting their growth within the defence sector.
