Lot Information
Lot 1
Scottish Water is looking to procure an industry leading service delivery model associated with our security services, a blend of both traditional managed detection and response services (MDR) and managed security services (MSS). A model that improves threat detection, incident response, continuous-monitoring capabilities, and management of our security posture. Scottish Water is seeking the procurement of a partner to provide an Advanced Threat Centre (ATC) with a focus on providing advanced services and support for the assessment, management and prevention of cyber security related emergencies, as well as coordination of incident response efforts. Maturing our capabilities in detection and response to 'near real-time', supported by strong threat intelligence is core to our requirements. The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) towards actual real-time response is a future ambition to better address vulnerabilities, detect security issues and resolve before they become a problem, and repel cyber-attacks timeously and effectively once they've begun. Providing assurance and operating to our ISO27001 certified scope, whilst offering risk reduction knowledge and experience, training and awareness, delivering a positive impact to our end-users and working hand in hand with the accountable Scottish Water security management function. Provision of security services to Digital development projects is also included. Additional information: Please note no PQQ documentation is available at this stage. The DELTA SQ link attached to this notice is to confirm vendors Expressions of Interest in this contract. Following the closure of the Expressions of Interest SQ, all vendors who have expressed interest will be automatically invited to access all PQQ documentation associated with this contract via DELTA.
Renewal: 1 x 12 month extension option at the sole description of Scottish Water.
