Derby City Council currently has a contract for the provision of installation, removal, maintenance and programming of 4 x illuminated Christmas presents and 1 x artificial Christmas tree. This procurement is required as part of Derby City Council's festive lights and seasonal decorations display offering. Blachere Illuminations Ltd are the equipment developers and designers and the only provider able to support this proprietary product. Additional information: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in OJEU as the procurement falls outside the scope of application of the directive. The Council observed a 10 day standstill period.
