TRM has a requirement for a solution to deliver the recruitment and management of experienced and qualified industrial and non-industrial flexible workers of "employed status" with the provider based on the following range of roles (not an exhaustive list): * Warehouse Operatives * Forklift Truck Drivers * Production Operators * Cleaners * Toolmakers * Electrical and Mechanical Engineers * Administrators - Finance, HR, etc * Customer Service Representatives * Royal Mint Visitor and Factory Experience Tour Guides and Retail workers * Other potential skills
Options: This is a negotiated process and we will welcome innovative solutions
Renewal: Depending on performance up to a further 2 years
