HES is looking to appoint a supplier for various maintenance painter work which will include - internal & external gloss painting including all preparation works for (but not limited to) metalwork railings, woodwork windows & doors, emulsion & egg shell internal finishes, hanging lining & wall paper and other general and specialist painting duties on an 'as required basis'. Every precaution must be taken to ensure that the historic fabric of the monument is not compromised during work activity.
